The Menzel Roller Accumulator is engineered to maintain uninterrupted production during roll changes on finishing ranges. Designed for woven, knitted, plastic, and nonwoven webs, it provides controlled storage capacity that keeps the line running while rolls are changed, spliced, or inspected. In addition to buffering material, the accumulator also serves as a compensator, regulating tension and synchronizing adjacent drives for smooth, consistent web flow.

Every Menzel accumulator is custom‑engineered to meet the specific requirements of the application. Systems can be configured as driven accumulators with precise tension control, pneumatically or hydraulically actuated units, or manually weight‑loaded designs.
