The Menzel Multi‑Station A‑Frame Winder is engineered to streamline continuous winding operations across a wide range of materials. An overhead pull‑roll assembly guides the web smoothly into the winding station, while a hydraulic drive system initiates winding with consistent, controlled tension.

When one A‑Frame reaches its maximum roll diameter, the system stops, cuts the web, and allows the operator to quickly attach the material to the next empty A‑Frame. This multi‑station approach significantly increases throughput and reduces manual handling compared to traditional single‑station winding.

Ideal for single‑web production as well as two‑ or three‑slit configurations, the Multi‑Station A‑Frame Winder adapts easily to diverse production requirements.
