The Menzel Brusher/Lint Collector is a proven, heavy‑duty solution for removing lint, dust, and surface debris from a wide range of woven and nonwoven fabrics. Designed for continuous operation, it brushes and vacuums the fabric while lifting long fibers—making it an excellent pre‑singeing machine and a reliable cleaning system for finishing lines.
The optional lint collector captures debris in large nylon bags and filters the air before returning it to the production area, ensuring a cleaner, safer working environment.

- Two guide rolls direct the web through a single vertical pass
- Four brush rolls with eight spiral rows of tufted nylon bristles, arranged in alternating left‑ and right‑hand patterns
- Single handwheel adjustment for all brush rolls
- V‑belt‑driven brushes rotating opposite the direction of web travel for optimal cleaning
- Hinged access door for easy maintenance of the AC drive motor, belts, and sheaves
- Adjustable flinger bars on each brush roll to eject lint into the vacuum air stream
- Free‑standing lint collector with heavy steel framework, expanded‑metal sides, and an industrial blower
