Standard Features:
- Sturdy, structureal steel framework houses the four 12" high,
full width infrared burner assemblies required for each pass.
- Burners are arranged in a staggered pattern and fire alternately back
and face for even, consistent drying.
- Reflectors are located opposite each burner behind the fabric
passage.
- All burners have quick cooling ceramic tiles, which do not require
rotation when the machine stops.
- Fuel to each burner is controlled by individual air/gas mixers and
electronic solenoid valves and can be turned on and off individually.
- Gass supply manifold is supplied outside the enclosure for easy
service connection.
- UL approved combustion system is furnished complete with air blower
and control panel.
- Flame safeguards, such as individual gas pilots and flame rods, are
built in.
- Two carrier rolls to direct cloth passage are provided on each
module, with the top roll being water-cooled for fabric protection.

- Exhaust system consists of finger nozzles with slots at each cloth
pass which are connected to an external header.
- Aluminzied steel panels one the sides and ends protect the area from
radiation and assure efficient exhaust flow.
- Hinged access doors and removable panels make maintenance a snap.
- Panels and doors are supplied with 4" fiberglass insulation
Optional Features:
- Exhaust blower is available
- Carrier rolls can be supplied with rotary unions and termostats to
maintain a constant cooling water temperature of 160°F.
